We may be at the beginning of a
new Kondratieff cycle with the architectural innovation in question being
the Internet. That means that economic growth will be centred around Internet
technologies, and that countries and businesses with an Internet strategy
will have the benefits of this upturn, whereas the unprepared may be in
for decline.
